Workshop & conceptual design for user administration & authorization management
The initial situation is usually as follows: We encounter customers who have only defined very rudimentary processes in user administration and authorization management. Authorizations are assigned on demand, user exits or department changes are sometimes not communicated to the IT department at all. There is usually no traceability as to why and when changes were made to user or authorization objects. As a result, authorizations are also not questioned after a user changes departments, temporarily leaves the company (parental leave, sabbatical, etc.) or even leaves permanently.

Implementation & customization of user administration & authorization management
Are you about to implement tenfold as an IAM solution for your company or do you want to optimize your authorization management? We support you from the initial installation and training of your administrators through to full integration. Our experienced consultants will go through all the steps required for setup and configuration with you and give you helpful tips for the optimal design and implementation of your user and authorization management.
How we proceed with implementation & customization:
- We assess the quality of your master data and help you to set it up in such a way that a high degree of automation is possible. Using various options for data correction, your master data is optimized for the introduction of an IAM solution in no time at all.
- Together, we set up the required database and carry out the basic installation with you.
- We work with you to connect your Active Directory and your file servers. If required, we can also connect your Exchange or Sharepoint server.
- We create workflows and profiles according to your wishes, which are assigned to your users fully automatically based on certain rule sets.
- If required, we can connect your third-party applications to manage and document them via tenfold.
You will then be able to outsource some of your work steps to users and specialist departments (data owners) and involve them in the processes. This relieves the burden on your IT department and at the same time sensitizes your users to handling data.
Training & process documentation for user administration & authorization management

- User training: We train your users in how to use tenfold and show them how to find their way around the system.
- Training for data owners: We train your data owners to manage their own areas using tenfold. Various practical examples are used to enable them to fulfill their new role.
All training courses take place in your individually configured systems. It is also possible to carry out the training in special demo environments.
